What has Timeplast
invented?
Here’s how Timeplast
composition is 70% water
Timeplast’s ability to be composed of 70% water in its dry, solid form is remarkable and stems from our innovative design as a hydrophilic polymer. Unlike traditional plastics, which repel water, Timeplast integrates structured water molecules directly into its polymeric matrix. This means that 70% of its mass consists of water that’s chemically and physically locked into the material’s structure, making it a stable solid despite its high water content. This isn’t about water being loosely trapped or added post-production—it’s an intrinsic part of the material itself, achieved through our proprietary process.
The science behind this is grounded in advanced polymer engineering. We draw inspiration from materials like hydrogels and polysaccharide-based biopolymers, which can hold significant water while remaining solid. However, we take this further with a dynamically crosslinked framework that stabilizes the water molecules within the polymer network. This structure keeps the material functional and “dry” to the touch, yet allows it to dissolve controllably when exposed to water over time. Tests like Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Loss on Drying (LOD) can easily back this up, showing that 70% of its weight evaporates as water when heated, while methods like Karl Fischer Titration could precisely measure this embedded water content.
This high water composition is what makes Timeplast a standout alternative to conventional plastics. It’s not just water-soluble—it physically embodies water as a core component, enabling its 4D properties, where it evolves and degrades without leaving microplastics behind. The water isn’t a byproduct or a symbolic nod; it’s a foundational building block, setting our materials apart in both form and function.
Timeplast patents
We hold numerous patents granted by the USPTO and globally, underscoring the significance of our innovative technology. These patents encapsulate the core functioning of our groundbreaking solution, which addresses one of the most pressing challenges in our society. While patents provide a framework for our technology, they only scratch the surface of our comprehensive approach. Our final product is a culmination of trade secrets and patents, representing years of R&D.
Exposing the Hypocrisy
In our latest video, we unveil the surprising reality behind one of the world’s largest plastic conventions. Despite being told there were no spaces left for Timeplast, our team witnessed several empty spots in the sustainability sector. Even more shocking, we were denied the opportunity to speak because our message didn’t align with the convention’s intended public narrative. Join us as we take you on a trip to the event, showcasing evidence of empty spaces and revealing the true reason behind the silencing of our innovative solutions. Watch the full video for exclusive insights and email evidence of this injustice
Certification of Dissolution
There’s one scientific standard that rules them all; Water Solubility
Any water soluble material will swell before it dissolves, which is why Timeplast swells the remaining of non-dissolved mass due to stagnation. The water soluble added to the water swellable percentage equals 100%
Understanding PFAS and Water Contamination
PFAS, often called "forever chemicals," are synthetic compounds widely used in products like non-stick cookware, food packaging, and industrial applications. Unfortunately, they do not break down easily in the environment, leading to widespread contamination of water supplies and posing potential health risks. At Timeplast, we are committed to solutions that avoid these persistent chemicals, supporting a cleaner, safer future.

TIMEPLAST pfas test
PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, commonly known as "forever chemicals," are a group of man-made chemicals that are resistant to heat, water, and oil. Due to their stability and persistence, PFAS do not break down in the environment and can accumulate in human and animal tissues over time, leading to potential adverse health effects.
Timeplast materials were tested for 40 PFAS and the results showed zero presence of these chemicals.Below, you'll find the detailed results of the test:
Reducing Pollution
for a Healthier Future
Pollution impacts nearly every aspect of our environment, from the air we breathe to the water we drink. Reducing pollution requires collaborative efforts across industries to minimize waste, cut emissions, and embrace sustainable practices. At Timeplast, we’re dedicated to pioneering solutions that contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable world.
